Basement and Crawlspace Waterproofing in the Tri-Cities and Surrounding Areas for Over 28 Years

We had wonderful experience with Gregg who came to the house, thoroughly evaluated our basement water problem, clearly explained the problem and then gave us set of possible solutions. He was very patient, very professional and very friendly. In the end, he gave presentation of the probable repair that Go Dry would recommend IF the problem got worse but he recommended a watch and wait approach. We really appreciate his analysis and especially his NO pressure presentation. Great experience and a great job done by this company. We were having major flooding issues in our basement of a new home we purchased. Jim came out and evaluated the situation and came up with a solution. Everything was properly explained in detail so we could know what to expect. Timeframe was a little long but to no fault of this company and they were worth the wait for a big project to be done correctly. The weather and the population influx requiring services has made everyone a little behind. However, they never stopped communicating and even got to us way earlier than we anticipated. The project was done professionally and was cleaned up at the end. An outdoor faucet was even accidentally bumped in the process and the company replaced and fixed immediately. Would not hesitate to use them for any future needs. They truly go above and beyond.

Contacted Go Dry to obtain more information regarding a crawlspace encapsulation and they were extremely helpful. Had an in-depth phone conversation with me about different options and didn't try to pressure me into anything. Would definitely recommend giving them a call if you're interested in encapsulation or waterproofing.

I called Go Dry about crawl space potential water issues. Talked it through with Gregg on the phone and was very impressed with his professional and honest approach. Requested he come out in person and see exactly what I was dealing with. He showed up promptly as promised. He put forth the effort to go in the crawl space under the house and see exactly what was going on. We have been having quite a bit of rain so seemed ideal to see under true adverse conditions. After doing the inspection he showed me pictures and described what he saw as issues. He did not exaggerate the issues or try to sell me work he did not see as necessary. In fact, he did not recommend they provide any services but did provide reasonable recommendations on what he believed was the right things to do. I most highly recommend them if you have water issues and want an honest appraisal of what needs to be done.
