How We Got Started

Go Dry Waterproofing , a division of Heritage Construction Solutions, has been proudly serving the Tri Cities and surrounding area for over 28 years.  As retired General Contractors, we experienced water intrusion and crawlspace issues ourselves while building houses.  We were determined to find a better way to waterproof.  Our research and development began with talking to several major companies which already had developed better methods and materials exclusively for basement / crawlspace water issues.  Through much research and practical testing, we created our exclusive proprietary water management systems which are still used today.

About Our Company

Go Dry Waterproofing, a division of Heritage Construction Solutions, has been in this area for many years. Originally started as Barrier Home Solutions, nearing 30 years ago, Jimmy’s father developed his business model using what he learned to create the area’s only real waterproofing company.

Meanwhile, Jimmy Acito has taken the family business and has enhanced it into a full service construction company. However, Jimmy’s main focus is basement waterproofing,crawlspace encapsulation and yard drainage. He continues in his father’s legacy of providing the Tri Cities with the best waterproofing contractor.
