"Helene storm brought down a large oak that caused significant damage to my home, including a good-sized crack in one corner of my block foundation. Go Dry responded promptly for a quote. Within days of an agreed price, they were on site working. They put in block stitching, epoxy, and then wrapped horizontally and vertically the entire area with 12” wide carbon fiber strips. They went above and beyond and give an awesome labor guarantee. Excellent communication throughout and Jimmy explained everything they did. Felt good to know this corner of the foundation is solid, just like this company. Good price, quality work, and nice guys."

"We had water coming through the two below-grade walls of our house causing rotten wood, mold, and an ant infestation. I researched waterproofing companies for quite a while before choosing this one. We initially went with Go Dry because their waterproofing process seemed the most thorough and secure—if you're going to do all that digging, you want to make sure that you won't have to do it again anytime soon. Their scope of work was clear, detailed, and all-inclusive. I really appreciated having everything laid out. There was a lot of rainy weather, but they kept us updated the whole time with regards to the timeframe. When work began, it went exactly as they said. I have great confidence in the work that was done. Their team was the best we've worked with (and we've seen a lot at this point). When an unexpected issue did come up, they called to discuss and go over what the issue was and exactly what the additional expense would be so there was no confusion. We are in full-blown rain season (May) and everything seems dry as can be inside. Drain pipes have water pouring out of them. If you have water issues, I believe this to be one of the best companies to take care of it. The porch had to be removed in the process and their sister company, Heritage, did the rebuild—it looks better than when it started!"

"Excellent job, excellent company. Worked very diligently; every interaction with workers was delightful. No matter the stage of completion, every day they picked the job site up and cleaned the area. Everyone seemed to work seamlessly to accomplish the task. Most importantly, the foundation crack was repaired and our basement is dry. Worth every penny. The owner, Jimmy, was very fair and very knowledgeable. He was able to tell me in detail every aspect of what was happening and what was going to happen. No surprises, and they were always there when they were supposed to be. The team worked efficiently and went above and beyond my general experience with most contractors I have hired in the past. One of my neighbors had theirs done first and they seem to be just as happy. Their basement leaked very badly and had a porch that had to be removed in order to do the job correctly. "TLDR: Go Dry Waterproofing is a fantastic company. They have great prices, professional workers, and passion for their trade. I highly recommend them for basements, water issues, foundation issues, and drainage problems. You won't find a better company with a better crew or better materials that they (and now us) stand by. They take great pride in their work. So let us start from the beginning. We had a really bad storm and during the storm we went into our finished basement to find it partially flooded, it was about 2-3 inches of water. My wife and I googled around and found a couple of people we wanted to get quotes from. The first one wasn't bad but wasn't good. Their quote/fix was just to install a few french drains around our house to help keep the water away from the house. They wanted 10k just for drainage that they themselves said might not fully stop the problem. Multiple other quotes were the same and some priced more than that. Then came Go Dry Waterproofing. Gregg came out and he did a walkthrough of our property and was confident they could fix the problem by digging down to the footer of the house and putting their proven waterproofing materials on the outside and they would also install drainage along the footer and our gutter down spouts. After hearing this and the lengths that needed to be crossed, we were very worried about what the quote might be for this scale of work. Go dry came back almost 2k under our first quote (which was just drainage that may not work). The quote was much better and the work more involved, we couldn't say yes fast enough. Now let us fast forward to the waterproofing being done. Go dry came out with all their equipment and started digging down to out footer, and that was when we got some very bad news. It turned out that the section of foundation they were waterproofing was in very bad shape. The previous homeowner shoved what looked to be like 2 bricks into a hole in the foundation from the inside and patched the wall with Drylok. Jimmy called us and explained everything that needed to be done to fix the foundation and we agreed to let his crew fix our foundation at the additional cost. Ronnie spent two days fixing the foundation while they continued to dig the rest of the trench for the future drainage. The foundation looked like they had built a brand new wall and set us up for success with their waterproofing materials to add on the new surface. The waterproofing was done over the course of 4 days as it needed to be put on in layers till it reached the desired thickness. They then covered the wall in an additional protective cushion material to protect the waterproofing from being pierced with anything sharp. They ran into a couple of boulders while digging the trench for the drainage, but it was nothing that Jimmy and his crew couldn't handle. We did have to pay extra money to have the rocks removed and that was already explained to us upon signing the contract if they ran into them since you don't know what is under the ground until you start digging. In the end Go dry Waterproofing is an amazing family owned business. They are very different from other contractors, they truly care about their customers and the work they are doing. Their whole model is that they want to help families protect their homes from water without breaking the bank. Compared to the other quotes we received, Go Dry offered more work, materials, and expertise for the same price. They made sure it was done well and correctly throughout the entire process. We have had several storms just like the one that flooded our basement and everything is still bone dry. Our finished basement and the crawl space use to have a musty odor and within a week of adding their waterproofing material to the foundation, that is all gone now, as with the humidity problem we had downstairs a well.
